Michelle Dwinell's Profile

Meet Michelle Dwinell, a San Diego native who's spent over 20 years behind the scenes of real estate before stepping into the spotlight herself. Michelle got her start as a broker's assistant, then moved into customer service at the Realtor Board — learning the business inside and out before ever putting her own name on the sign.

Today, Michelle specializes in helping seniors and their families navigate one of life's biggest transitions: moving forward to the next chapter. Whether it's downsizing, relocating closer to family, or finding the right next step, Michelle brings patience, deep local knowledge, and genuine care to every conversation.

A proud mom of two boys, Michelle is building more than a business — she's building a family legacy. When she's not on the phone connecting with clients or out at a networking event, you'll find her prioritizing her health so she can show up fully for the people who need her.

If you or a loved one is ready to take the next step, Michelle is here to help make it feel less overwhelming and more possible.
